Replace G9 Fitting With Led.
4 Answers
Hi Guys,
I managed to break the fitting in a standard lamp reading light which takes the G9 halogen bulb. ( What an idiot!).
I like the lamp and wonder if I can get a fitting which would fit into the fairly small space where the G9 is fitted and then take an led .
Alternatively I would need to trace a new fitting for a halogen G9.
Any ideas on where I can get such materials?
Thank you

G9 sockets are easy enough to get hold of

but I can't see that any other type of socket (e.g. to take a more powerful LED bulb) would be likely to fit.
