Just been to my local hospital and noticed a sign on the wall. It said, "Thieves operate here" Surely it would be better for Surgeons to operate?.....

The 'special clinic' at my local hospital really gets into the festive spirit at Christmas. Last year there was a big sign We Wish you 'Merry Syphilis and Happy Gonorrhea'

I've always chuckled at the bit in a prayer "And to doctors and nurses grant skill, sympathy and patience", not as amusing written down.

I went to the family planning clinic at my local hospital, as I approached the main door, the sign said use rear entrance, job sorted!

In the maternity ward was a sign, 'Please be quiet and respect that the first few moments of life are quite precarious' and a wag had written underneath,
'and the last ones are a bit dodgy too!'
