Boiler Help Please

Mums boiler is Worcester green star c30i.

Her hot water is working fine but the heating won't come on. There is a green light which is flashing under the central heating left hand side of the boiler control panel.

Any ideas how to rectify this?

Is it showing a fault code in the Display Window ?

Thanks for your replies. Am travelling to mums tomorrow (she lives 80 miles away). Will have a look at what it's saying in the display window and if need be ring the Tech number

Been to mums. It looks like she had turned the thermostat down. So I turned that up and held the reset button down for 5 seconds.

Was so relieved when it came on.
