Help - Sky/tv Remote

Earlier this evening I entered a code into my sky to use the sky remote instead of the TV remote to adjust the sound. Now whichever sky button I press it has no effect e.g. I can't access planner, settings etc. Does anyone know how to cancel the code? Thanks.

Have you pressed the Sky button itself?

Yes, it was the first thing I did. However, Mr B has sorted it now, well, he kept pressing buttons on both remotes until he got the right result! Thanks for replying.
