Never worn them in my life but now trying to 'break in' a pair....if its possible to break in steel toe caps??
Is it possible that feet (more specifically, toes) can naturally become adjusted to hard wearing footwear?
Anyone here had to wear them for work and how did you find wearing them?
Thanks

what precisely is the problem? I am not being snotty. I used to wear steel toe capped riding boots and steel toe capped trainers for gardening. I found that the rigidity of the toe area wasn't comfortable but going up a size and wearing thick but squashy socks helped.
It's possible, as advised, that you need a larger size.

Rubbing my toes when walking woof. Surprisingly comfortable when stationary but a pain when actually walking.

They DO seem to be a generous size though Andy.

Worn them half my life, never had a problem, make sure you have the right size.
Wore them for years at work but was advised to get a size larger than I normaly took. Never had a problem with them.

Thanks Baldric. As said they are my size...and a generous size, and surprisingly comfortable when not walking any distance. Think I just need to get used to something different from what Im used to. (And thicker socks)

Thanks BD, will see how these go first and try a larger size if needs be.
Check put the reviews for some of these socks too Nailit.

Great link Mamy, thanks
You'll get used to them, nailit. I have worn them most of my working life.
Cut your toenails.
Try steel toe cap trainers rather than boots. Google them , see if they would do the job. They look and wear like normal trainers and are much more confortable especially if you are walking or driving. About £20 a pair so not too expensive.
