This is certainly so obvious to most of you, but I'm lost: just had a message from EE to say that my data usage for the month is now 100% and will not renew until 2/12. I'm trying to get an add-on to see me through the next week, but have had no success using the instructions on MyEE ,and the Live Chat isn't available. Please could someone explain what, if anything, I will still be able to do; does 'data' cover just the internet browser or will it include email and games? Will now go and hide my head in shame at my ignorance.
You should still get emails and be able to play games when your phone is connected by wifi (some games don't need data or wifi, they can be played offline). Thank you, that's really helpful. I use wifi all the time, so should be OK. I'll have to be a bit more careful in future though about how much I use it - have gone a bit wild over the last few months, for obvious reasons.
It's only off very occasionally if it has a hiccup overnight and I forget to check in the morning. But thank you for the warning, I'll keep a close eye on it in future.
