bought a ring doorbell gen 2 how do i turn the microphone down on the doorbell you can hear me talking to someone right round the corner looked everywhere for a setting and read the instructions still can’t find away

Husb has had to speak to them a few times lately for queries

How do I adjust the volume on my ring doorbell 2?

Open the Ring App menu in the top left corner.
Tap Devices.
Select your Chime or Chime Pro from the list of devices.
Tap on Chime Tones.
There is a volume slider either right above or below the sounds.
