My Ring Video Doorbell

Hi there I have had a ring video doorbell for a year now and it has stopped working on my app. It has stopped live streaming it states streaming error. I pay £2.50 a month to keep videos for a few days. Tried everything it works as a doorbell okay but now can’t see who is at my door so quite pointless now. Any help I would be grateful thank you x
