Mystery Object. Please Help Identify...!

Anyone have any ideas what this is? It's about 3 inches/7.5cm across, and 2 inches/5cm high. Probably stainless steel.
A foot, a smiley, and lips on each 'foot'.

Pill stamps are usually singular circles that are put into the pill press so forming the pill and stamping it is a single operation. That object would be far too laborious and time consuming.

Definitely not a branding iron - no means of attaching a long handle as far as I can tell.

jno, the long handle is to protect the brander whilst the brand is heating up, not the brandee.

Webbo's suggestion is more realistic but they usually use rubber stamps with the ink inside - quick and easy, no faff
