Printer Problem.

I have a Brother HL-1210W printer and its suddenly stopped working, I've had it for about 3 years with no problems, always used the same make replacement drums from Cartridge Save, no problems at all, but now its asking me to replace the drum, which I have done but it still will not print, I've changed the drum twice with no luck, the icon shows that there is a new drum installed but its also telling me to 'use only genuine Brother brand supplies'.
I've tried switching it off and restart with no luck.
Anyone any ideas of what I need to do, please explain in simple language as I'm not at all tech minded, thanks.

Its telling me that i'm offline but i'm not, i just don't understand it.
Reset the page counter on your printer as follows:
1. Turn it on (obviously!)
2. Press the Power button a further 4 times.

That might well fix your problem.

If you've already done that (or it doesn't work), there's a problem with the chip on the drum. Contact CartridgeSave for advice or a replacement.
