It was easy to get into the house all wrapped up now how on earth do i get it out it needs to stay in one piece its being collected to be reused

wrap it up in an old sheet ,no mess at all very easy to get out the door

Wrap some string around it to hold it tightly together

Then get the vacuum going.

thanks for all suggestions but in the end i just yanked it out and made a right mess and scraped the wall a bit

I would have suggested putting the tree inside an old duvet cover, but taking the cover off once outside to prevent the thing getting blown away by the wind.
