Restarting Qbittorrent File Downloads Without The Actual Torrent File.

Recently my computer went weird so i reset it - at the time there were loads of things downloading.
However now i come to try to restart them, the torrent files werent being saved for some reason.

Is there a way to restart a download of a half downloaded file, using only the partially downloaded file with the .!QB file extension? (!qb is what it puts on a file until its finished downloading)
Do i have to convert it or something?

I tried the ways youd do it with a proper torrent file but nothing worked.
