Hi I am nearly a pensioner and not very tech minded but i need help with my mobile. I aquired it with google mail already on it but i do not want that. I want yahoo.co.uk. My sim is already in the mobile but when i type in yahoo, a message says "' Make sure your mobile has a signal and data connection."' Can anyone please explain in simple terms how to do it please.? Thanks so much.

Are you able to connect to other websites on your mobile?

If it is complaining of a lack of connection, are you sure you either have a WiFi connection, or your mobile account data switched on ?
