I had to try and change my driving lesson to an hour tomorrow but my instructor is coming from like an hour drive away so said wouldn't be worth it for an hour. Truth is I can't afford hour and a half as I still got presents to buy. He said we will start back up to hour and half after Christmas. I don't want to seem unreliable

Abbey, how long is it since you first started learning to drive? Have you passed your theory test? Will you have access to a car, an automatic, if and when you pass the practical part, the driving part?

If an indecisive person decides to be indecisive about taking/not taking driving lessons in a manual/automatic car then is eventually successful in passing a test, odd men and work hours permitting, would anybody want to be sitting behind them at a busy junction at night?

The will to live has left the building.

Do what the instructor has suggested - and do an hour and a half again after Xmas

The instructor has cancelled your lesson?

Scorpio, I think not. He suggested rebooking for next year

Floko, I many tomorrow's lesson, which Abbey was going to find out whether it was still available. She said she'd not cancelled it.

*meant

I'll await Abbey's answer

🤦

He suggested going back to hour and half after Xmas

You don't need an excuse, Abbey, you just say no...just like you could have to the meals ...

1936 🙄🤦‍♀️🧐

So you're confident of being able to afford to buy and run a car once you pass your test, abbey?

Saying no would mean that he stops paying attention to her.

Exactly

Question Author

New maybe not but hopefully will have a full time job then

Abbey, you'll need to be in full time work for a good while before you can get a car...and assuming you will need a loan.

She's need a mortgage to insure it as a new driver !!

Loadsa £££!!
