Can My Carer Use My Parking Permit For Disabled?
She usually moves my car off my personal parking space and puts my Permit on display with the time. Then parks hers in my space. All fine till today when my car won't start as it has been unused for so long. I think because she is working for me she can do that. Am I right please?

Sorry Barry you've lost me. My BB is in MY car with MY photo on it. I couldn't get it on a meter even if I wanted to as they are permanently all full and too faraway.
And No the people in my block are not watching and waiting to report me. They go out of their way to help me, taking my rubbish out to the bin area for example and asking if I need anything when they are going shopping. Before I was ill I used to do a lot for this block and they know and appreciate that. I still take their parcels in for them while they are at work. We are all friendly.
I'm not arguing this any more. Too upsetting.
Bednobs //if there's no meters, and no on street parking restricions i am also a bit confused about why the carer uses the BB in your car tho!\\
There are no meters on my road, correct.
There are parking restrictions on my road.
It is practically impossible for a visitor to get a parking space in my area.
I'm not sure but I think you need to be in the car for the permit to be used.
I am sure: you dont
Your carer can use it to get a bottle of pop for you ( you at home in bed wanting the pop)
she can't use it for getting a bottle of pop for herself.
This should be clear in the book you get with the card.
I have had the honour of being videod with a blue card. I had just emerged from a pub ( 1500) after a meal out and was hardly able to stand....The man videoing me waved.
The carer can be in the car alone - if they have dropped you at a shop, surgery or dentist, honeslty it is in the book
