Satellite dish

A former resident of my room had a satellite dish installed at the balcony, but the guy who stays upstairs has 'hijacked' its use somehow. The dish is still in my balcony however. How can i connect my tv to the satellite so that i can receive the satellite channels?

you'll need a decoder/receiver to start with and the cable should simply run from the dish to the receiver but if the guy upstairs has nicked the cable then not sure you can have a secondary so will need to ask him for it back or to move the dish from your balcony and you can get your own !
