Why when you look at a photo of a person do their eyes appear to look back at you no matter which angle you view it from?

Probably because a (normal) photo is 2 dimensional.
Its all to do with if you paint a picture or take a photograph and the sitter it looking directly at you (the camera) then no matter which angle you look at the final picture the eyes of the sitter will appear to be looking at you. If they are not looking directly at the camera then it does not happen.
Because your paranoid and they are all out to get you. hahahahahahaha!!!
