To dry super glue quick, breath on it.
If you ever spill super glue on your skin the worst thing you can do is run it under the tap. nail varnish remover is very good on normal skin, but if you ever get it in open wounds, eyes mouth or anywhere else stupid.... get to a hospital quick.
