Ipod Shuffle

I've just set up a new laptop and reinstalled itunes for my 30GB Ipod and my Ipod Shuffle.


My shuffle appears to be fuctioning ok in itunes, but when I unplug it and try usng it, it won't play anything! My 30GB ipod is working just fine.


I've tried recharging, reinstalling itunes and checked the volume just in case....I've ruled each of these out as being the problem. Anybody any ideas what is going on?
