View digital images on a portable DVD player connected to the camera
1 Answers
Please help me to help an elderly neighbour. She has a Fujifilm Finepix A120 Digital Camera, but struggles to see the small screen. She also has a Ferguson portable DVD player. She has mislaid the Video Cable supplied with the camera which she believes would allow her to connect the two and view the photos on the DVD screen. However, the Camera port (yellow, labelled Video Out) and the DVD port (yellow, labelled A/V) are the same size, yet the supplied cable has two different size ends. Any ideas?

This leads me to believe that the yellow socket on the DVD player is in fact a "video out" only (i.e. to connect to a TV) and that the DVD player does not accept a "video in" signal, thus it cannot be used to view directly from the camera.
