Where can i find the lighting up times for London in September and October 2006?

Lighting up time is nowadays sunset to sunrise and can be found in any diary.
It used to be a half hour after sunset until a half hour before sunrise but that was changed long ago.
Remember that when visibility is reduced at any time then lights should be used.
