Email signature
6 Answers
on some emails that I receive, there is a signature of the person that actually looks like a real signature. Obviously this has been scanned on to the computer through some medium ie word etc. Also on some it includes a animated picture which moves etc.
Anybody know how this is done.

if you want to get your name or lettering, then you will probably get charged money for someone to do the design, unless you feel like atempting it yourself?? if you want a program to try and make animations, let me know and ill find one for you.

Are you sure you want your real signature to float about on the internet? It is easily done by scanning your signature, save it as a gif file, and insert it as an picture below your name. You can even save it and set it as a default signature in Outlook Express option to come up automatically every time you start a new mail.
btw The signatures you see on form letters are mostly specially done for that purpose and in no way represent the real signature of that person. Many firms now have their bank account number printed on their stationery so it would be rather foolish to also publicise the real signature of an authorative person in that firm.
