hi all,
i have two dvd recorders, in seperate rooms,
one is a panasonic -r -rw recorder all format playback.
the other is a liteone multi format recorder
how can i record onto a rw disc on one machine and play it back on the other
without finalizing the disc.
( if finalized it can no longer be used for recording)
any advice appreciated. thanks

The best solution I can come up with without reading both instruction manuals (which I'm sure you have done) is this. Format the RW disc in the mode that the recorder says is compatible with most other payers, sometimes called Video Mode. Once the disc is formatted in this mode record program as normal and then finalize the disc. It should then work in your other player. To re-use the disc just reformat it.
R's are more likely to work than RW's
