They usually work very well under the right conditions. Lack of water makes them feel a little lethargic so make sure that there's some handy. I find them useful in my restaurant business, they work very hard particularly during the breakfast rush hour. They do pong a bit, but don't suggest personal hygeine classes! Bad move!
the majority of kippers do indeed work in the catering field, but there are several in our IT dept.
by internal combustion engine, though you often have to fill them with petrol and use the choke to get them going. Oh no, 'ang on, that's cars, sorry.
quite well, as long as they get paid regularly, and nowadays they usually like perks such as a pension scheme.
You could always just give 'em a good slap, that usually gets 'em working.
By the way, are you talking about automatic or manual kippers? And what size? Pre-1972, or post-1972? And what fins are they fitted with?
