So it might detail that you plan to advertise on the back of a bus and produce a voucher for 20% etc etc. It simply details what your plan is to market your product/service. In terms of the driving range, get an advert in your local paper, which would be best served in the sports section at the back, you could also advertise in local golf shops and in golf magazines. With any marketing you need to target your audience so think of the sort of people you want to attract and target them i.e. the golf shop idea, if the golf shop don't want to there may be a bus stop near by, advertise that so people visiting the golf shop see it etc etc.
