I'm with T~Mobile Pay As You Go, Since yesterday lunchtime, majority of people on T~Mobile PAYG have not been able to make any outgoing calls. I've called Customer Services twice, and been told that there is a 'known network problem' and to just keep re-booting my phone. This hasn't worked, I just called T~mobile and they say they are in the process of forming an emergency Investigation team to look into the problem. Any ideas of what the problem might actually be?
