ipod shuffle

How do you download from computer onto shuffle using your playlists please. got one from Christmas, bit baffled by all this technology. Thanks in advance

Plug your shuffle in, and it'll appear in iTunes. Click it so that the shuffle page shows (if it hasn't already), and then there you'll be able to choose what music goes on the thing. Probably now, autofill is ticked at the bottom, with the drop-down menu set to 'all library'. Either change that to a playlist of your choice, or untick autofill and drag in the music or playlist you want.
