How can I find out someone's phone number if I don't know their surname (I know their full postal address)?

Just been playing with that site and realise that its database is a little out of date but good luck anyway - I'm curious though, if you don't know their name, why do you want their telephone number? lol

Just checked that sight and you're right about ex-directory.I have 2 numbers one of which is ex and only the published number was revealed.Yes I agree 2 stars at least.

Pure curiosity, but where were you when wanting to make your call - out or at home ? If at home, would it not been possible to ring your neighbour's bell or knock on his door ?
