I've never had any problems.
I estimate your schedule roughly as follows:
0955: Arrive at terminal
1005: Join end of security queue (It's about 5 minutes walk from the terminal entrance; I've allowed time for you to find your way)
1030 (at the very latest): Get through security. (It often only takes 10 minutes. I've allowed for nearly half an hour)
1045: Arrive at gate. (It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to most gates)
1050: Watch plane arriving at gate. (Ryanair flights are booked with a 25 minute turnaround at Stansted).
1100: Boarding commences.
1110: You enter the aircraft (because you'll be near the back of the queue).
1115: Pilot commences 'push back'.
Have a good trip!

my boyfriend went from stansted the other day and nearly missed boarding due to long queues in security. He checked in as soon as the desk opened as he had stayed at the airport overnight and it took over an hour for him to pass through security. Dunno if it was due to the amount of flights at that time/ lack of staff/ or the amount of checks they do at the moment but be warned, it could happen to u!!!
