How can I dye a pair of shoes?

I've bought some white shoes and I'd like them to be blue. I can't use leather dye or fabric dye, as they're man made. Any ideas?

Dylon shoe dye will cover man made/imitation leather and other fabrics. Go to your haberdashery store and have a look.
