Amazon Echo Pop

Hi AB techies out there ..... just come back from being away, and we took our Echo pop with us (abroad), just in case it might work in the place we were renting.  But no such luck!  So now that we're back home, with decent wi-fi, I can't seem to get it to work again.  I've plugged it in at the mains, the lights flash etc, and i've given it time to "boot up", but nothing is happening.  Can someone help, please.  Many thanks, Cheers, Chox
