We have the above and when ink roll run out, we didn't replace it, because we were not using it but left it on. Today we put a new ink roll in, but it must have stored messages and it want to print all messages since last july..........how can we get rid of messages and not print and waste ink film.........tried unplugging

From the manual:
1 Press OK, 45 and OK.
2 Enter a service code: 7227�Deletes saved faxes, when there are problems with printing.
3 Confirm using OK.
4 Dial using [up/down] SURE: YES.
5 Confirm using OK
