TVs broken!
Don't mean to be brief but nothing else comes to mind...
Or are you making the silly mistake of tuning in the TV channels to the digibox? On a conventional (Analogue) TV, only ONE channel is assigned to the digi. Once you are on that channel, it is then, from the digi, that you change the channels, and they are stored in the digi, not the tv.

iF THAT IS NOT THE CASE (whoops, caps on...) then maybe once you find the channels on the tv, you are exiting without saving the changes.
The only thing I can think of that would erase channel memory would be to switch off power at the outlets, such as a power strip or surge suppressor. Or pressing the reset switch on your digibox.
I know someone else who had this problem (it wasn't me , honest).
After re-tuning each channel , I forg........., I mean , they forgot to go to the "store" option before moving on to the next channel . hope this helps.
