asra brake light problem

i am having problems with my brake lights on my astra one wont work at all and one is just staying on all the time when lights are on but no braking light also my central light doesnt worrk i have checked fuses and they seem to be ok bulbes seem to be ok cant find problem any ideas thanks

it seems most likely the earth is not working properly on your lights,take the whole bulb holders out and then the bulbs,get a very light piece of sandpaper and clean up all the holders with the sandpaper,so as to make a good connection,that should do the trick,if not,a new earth will need to be put in place.
