How do'es the electricity get from the wind mill to the electric company's, You don't see any overhead cables or any cables being lade underground to take the electricity away from the wind mills?

When at sea they use cables. But this may cause a problem for the fish in the area as the high EMF generated is thought to play havoc with them.

The cables are indeed underground. They get to a transformer station and then through the overhead cables into the grid.

Thank you both for your answers, as I said it seems strange that you never see any body digging a trench for the underground cables. thanks again for your answers.
sometimes it's carried in buckets. but that's only on days when there's not to much wind, on windy days it's wheelbarrows!
