if you have a CSCS card and a CIS card and have got a city and guilds qualification in bricklaying but no site experience, what's the best way to find work?

maybe you should consider HOD CARRYING,,,on sites where , they are used,,,,although when i was a general labourer i , worke on a site , where a BRICKLAYER , was HOD CARRYING for his own crew... cos , HOD CARRIERS had become unreliable,,,,
