Working Tax Credit

Hi

I'm over due by 6 days so I'm just going through all the forms - child benefit, tax credits etc and I have a wee query about the working tax credits.

My boyfriend has 2 children from a previous relationship that he pays maintanence, school clothes, christmas, etc for, there now 9 and 10. Will this affect our claim?

when filling out the forms there should be section on the tax credits that may ask if your partner pays any child maintenance if they do take it in to account but at give the tax credits a call to be sure. 08453003900
