Well this young lady says that her name, Ciorsdan, is pronounced as 'Kirsten':

Incidentally, Ciorsdan is Gaelic (via 'Christine' in French) for 'follower of Christ'. Neither Sharon (from the Hebrew word for a plain) nor Kieran (meaning 'little dark one') have any connection with it.
