91/2 year passport!
How did it happen that some countries can refuse entry to a holder of a valid British passport if that passport has less than 6 months to run?
In effect a 10 year passport is now a 91/2 year passport.
As far as I can see if you have a return flight booked and the passport is valid beyond that date they should have no legal right to refuse entry.
Do we insult the citizens of these countries in the same way?
