Most large stores will decorate a cake with any photo you provide -Asda and Costco do this and they are not too expensive for a good sized cake. Or of course you could have a go yourself.

You go into your buy furniture bit and go to the miscallanious part and there is a piture of ballons etc.. this next to where you get your wardrobes and baby stuff. It is in there
