Hi,

we have a Sony Handycam Hybrid and have recorded some video to disc but don't seem to be able to get the video off the disc in any way.

We have plugged in ivia the USB and the camera says its connected but nothing appears on the laptop. Nothing in my computer, no autoplay.

We have also put the disc into the laptop and nothing. Please help!
