Selden Research Ltd make various graffiti removers. I bought one to remove felt tip from a painted surface,it worked well.
they make other removers for different surfaces so i think they could help you.

This seems like a public and private problem nowadays and involves a large sum of money to take it off. If it's already removed now, try to spray an anti graffiti coating next time.
