My brother has recently cancelled his phone contract with Orange. He has now been cut off. What does he need to do to get onto payg?

He could have arranged with Orange to transfer to payg and keep number. That way he would not have to tell all his contacts his number has changed. Unless of course there were some people he did not want to be contacted by.
