how to make one ??

does anyone know how you make a tutu ??? we need 14 in the neon colours which we can get the material and elastic in the fabric shop . we can buy them off ebay if your a size 8 and for the bigger girls not so good and wud like them exactly the same !

I normally hate it when someone posts a reply which simply says "Why don't you google it"? but, for once, I'm going to do exactly that.

If you google 'make a tutu' you'll find loads of instructions and videos, including easy 'no sew' versions, for both children and adults.

Elastic? it's a lot easier if you use a leotard or similar as a base to stitch the tutu onto.
