Glass in car
6 Answers
A few days ago someone broke into my husbands car (don't worry, my husband got to him before anything was stolen) and now the whole back seat is covered in glass shards. We vacuumed the big peices, but is there a way to get all those little tiny ones that even the vacuum can't get yet will still stick into our bums? Especially since we have infants and grandmothers riding in this car.
Thanks :)
Thanks :)

Get one of those fluff removers that is nasty clammy rubbery stuff and run that over the upholstery, or buy sellotape and wrap it over your hand sticky side out and use that. The other more expensive option would be to take the car to a specialist car valet service and see what they can do. Bit surprised to hear you talk about shards as I thought that all car glass was safety glass and went into those little blunt square nuggets?
Well the peices are square but still possibly dangerous and stubborn!
No, my husband didn't "frighten the poor misguided, deprived angel!!!" but instead got trown into the bushes and the "angel" ran off.
Oh, and he came back last night looking for the jeep (I saw him out the window at 4am searching the parking lot).
Little batsdard!!
Thanks for the ideas, we'll try the cellotape and if that doesn't work well then take the car to the valets.
Cheers!
