Try your nearest John Lewis store, they're usually pretty good for things like that.

The traditional Gloverall duffel coat is produced in the town of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire where Gloverall has an outlet store as part of it's factory complex. They do sell cut-price coats although buttons I don't know about. Give them a call; they are sure to be in the Yellow Pages or some such reference script.
