trying to send emails and it comes up saying "emails blocked" i'm not sure why. Tried to get info from help page but didn't really help. Any ideas, or should I call B.T Broadband who is the provider

Does it say any more than "emails blocked"? It may be due to size, bad address. Please put the full error message.

it says, "this account is currently blocked from sending msg's, if u dont think u have violated windows live terms of use, pls contact customer support"....its my moms laptop and I'm sure we have sent emails from it before. Tried to find customer support to no avail

Change the account password, it's probably been compromised and has been sending spam mail.
