Parents Disciplining their children

There are 2 families on my road who are quite troublesome to put it mildly, the things they do are vile, their kids are the boldest little sh!ts I have ever come across.
Yesterday as I was coming back from the shops, they were throwing stones at everyone going by and not small stones either, they were throwing them at cars too.
The language from them all is disgusting, I wouldn't repeat what they say.
They spit at people as they walk by and regularly hit other kids on the street which has led to other parents confronting the kids parents who completely deny what their kids have done, they scream at the parents and never seem to discipline their kids who then think it's okay to act like this as their parents haven't given out about their behaviour.

Why is it that some parents are like this??
The families regularly fight amongst each other so surely they know their kids are not angels??

The truly sad thing is ,the vast majority of these children will grow up to produce spawn such as themselves.

They are little sods. A man up the road got a new car a few months back and the little sh!ts set the alarm off it from throwing stones at it, the man who was right;y p!ssed off came out and ran after them and caught one o the Mangetouts and dragged him to his house, the mother was like disgusting!!!! She just kept telling the man to fu*k off at the top of her voice, screaming like and then spitting at him too.
My mams friend lives in the house to the back of theirs and they broke her fence just because they could...Little fookers!!

and you can complain all you like and nothing gets done...it's (I loathe to call them 'people',) scum like this that cause vigilantism - give me an alibi, a ski mask and a baseball bat and I'd make them think twice!!

in fairness to them, they are the product of their environment. obviously they are now out of control and only a bleak future awaits them.

I'm sorry to say, the only real answer is to take the kids away into a better environment or invest resources we don't have on working with and supporting the parents.

Otherwise, we know the future don't we. Lots of people's time and resources wasted;
the police
the courts
social services
schools
benefits agencies
job centres

etc etc

The daughter and father were banned from where I used to work for stealing.
The mother and eldest son were chased from the store before I left, they were caught too :) Doesn't make them learn though.

My mam and dad were friendly with the couple who lived in the house before them, the house was lovely, and equipped with everything a family would need yet they are so vile they p!ss and sh!t in their own garden!!!! No Lie! I don't mean this is in a racist way but do they do this in their home country?? I seriously doubt it so why do it here. I live in a nice area but these two families are giving the estate a bad name.

None of them work yet they have two mercedes' outside the house none of which have tax disc info in the window.

Tinkerbell, I was coming back from walking the dog earlier and one of the little sh!ts was on his bike and kept following me up the street just screaming at me, not saying anything, just screaming. My mam would of smacked the ar$e off me if i done something like that when I was a kid

Bring back the beat bobby. If I misbehaved (surely not) my mother would tell me that the policeman would be down the street at given o'clock and she would tell him about my misdemeanours. Did I behave or what?

god when i look back!! i was threatned with the gypsys would come n get me! oh or the bad fire haha and then my teacher mum used to say she'd call her that was scary and i dunno if any of you have a kind of local thing...all my friends and myself were threatned with tam donnochies home for bad kids....it dosent exist...failing that...i just got slapped...haha i know its not PC im not condoning it or starting any thread about hitting your kids haha !! suezy i know im 11 years older than the next grandchild and honestly i can even see the behavior difference between myself at their age and now x

Possibly not no Suezy. They could just view it as their children playing out and folk giving them grief for it.

They, from what you describe, have no respect for their own property, so they probably can't understand why anyone else has any respect for their own things.
