My Beko washing machine won't drain, what do you all reckon?
The knob's turning alright, it's just that there's a pool of water left in the drum.
I'm hoping it's just blocked, I blame the coloureds, but what other things could it be?

The mind boggles.
Someone posted a similar question and they got a solution. If I could find the thread I'll post the link. Hang on...
Most Washing machines have a filter you can remove and clean.
Does the machine sound as if it's trying to pump itself empty?
If it does then the filter could be blocked. Put a container under the filter hole as the water will flood out when you remove the filter.
If you can't hear the pump noise then I suggest either the electrics are faulty or the belt driving the pump needs replacing.
Have you checked with the manual???
Time to get the Washer repair man!!!

I set it to drain, the knob turns and it goes click, I'll have to do something with it and pronto, can't carry on like this.
Off to the baggy next wek I think, lol.
I also have a Beko, try a empty run the clean water removes the detergent and softener residue. It works for me
