We have had our fence impacted by a car spinning out of control in front of our home. The police were called and the person fined. The insurance company will only repair the damaged section. Our original fence pailings are no longer available on the market. The insurance company will repair the damage with non-uniformed pailings. How is this repairing the loss and damage to our fence. Will a front fence that does not have a uniformed appearance drop the value of our home?

Why aren't you claiming from the driver?
yes I too am wondering why your insurer is dealing with this. You are entitled to have your fence restored to how it was, if necessary parts would need to be made, stick to your guns and get the drivers insurers to pay.
